Community Engaged Learning at University. Find out more about the opportunities available in helping you broaden your mindset and facilitating real-word application of the skills learnt at university.

This will be a session exploring the opportunities available to university students and ways to maximise your experience by participating in student-led initiatives and community engaged learning. Drawing from his experience as ChangeMakers Student Lead, Alex will be discussing the goal of university and making the most out of the opportunities available to you as a student.

About the speaker

Alex Marion is a Second Year Linguistics Student at University College London and has been involved as a ChangeMakers Student Lead in the Community Engaged Learning initiative at UCL. In addition to his experience as One-Off Volunteering Ambassador, Alex has been involved with the university community in ways that extend beyond that of his degree programme in both student-led initiatives as well as playing a supportive role in university academic departments and student union services.
