A joint Dulwich & District U3A and Bell House workshop on “Downsizing”.

There will be a panel of speakers chaired by u3a Chair Tim Pagan, including:

• Sunitha Bogle, a local Estate Agent

• Trevor Austin, a u3a member with experience of downsizing

• Ian McInnes, a retired Architect with an interest in managed retirement complexes in the UK and abroad, as well as intergenerational fairness and the bank of ‘mum and dad’; and

• Angus Hanton, one of Bell House Trustees who will talk about the intergenerational aspects and the family perspective of downsizing to assist future generations as well as ourselves.

There will be ample opportunity to talk to and question panel members as well as other members of the audience.
