Menopause Connections: A Holistic Approach to Menopause is proudly presented by a team of local menopause practitioners covering nutrition, pelvic health, fitness, medical and natural approaches to managing menopause symptoms.

Perimenopause can be an emotional rollercoaster for many women, leading to symptoms ranging from brain fog and mood swings, to anxiety, low confidence and depression. Many of these symptoms can be improved through nutrition, lifestyle and exercise.
